'Dying to Know: Ram Dass & Timothy Leary' covers the groundbreaking friendship between Timothy Leary and Ram Dass, who's partnership brought the psychedelic drug LSD to the cultural forefront. With research extending back 50 years and narration from Robert Redford, the film has all the parts for an incredibly insightful story. After years of work, the team behind the film is ready to unveil their work. After a successful festival run, the producers have opted to self-distribute their film. Fed up with the quality of Blu-ray exhibition, executive producer Michael Donnelly needed a cost-effective solution to show his film in the best quality he could find. He was able to find that solution in Proludio. Saving him the cost of DCP duplication, Proludio is set to deliver his film to their network of theaters. Donnelly was also pleased to hear that his trailers would also be made available, making the job of promotion a little bit easier. Proludio is excited once again to partner with independent filmmakers as an integral resource for self-distribution.
